We've created a few lead funnels in order to cover different audiences (CxO, engineers, founders, complaint contributors) and land them to the landing pages. At the same time, some automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Hubspot API, etc.) has been set up to manage the flows step by step, and convert the most engaged visitors to demo webinars. Additionally, we've been using Linkedin outreach tools to be able to reach more related audience and target decision makers.

We've increased the organic traffic by 40% in 6 months, and double known prospects number (those who can be identified with the company/position name, and some other parameters, providing marketing qualified leads to the sales team for the manual outreach. We're supporting an ongoing process and adjusting some other flows in order to automate the process completely and track/improve it ultimately.
