We've been supporting the multifamily real estate investments company with the lead generation lead flow for professional accredited investors. Starting with the funnel marketing strategy and website design&development, we've created a good "landing" environment for their specific and sophisticated audience. To create the funnel itself, we've been using a native Facebook form with the accreditation filtering, and the Active Campaign software automation to manage the flow depending on the subscribers behaviors. Also, the paid channels will be involved to generate traffic and target the website and the lead magnet - REI educational booklet.

 

We've got a challenge (don't you think all the way has been going smoothly?) to separate accredited investors from the whole flow, to increase the conversion rate in the proper audience, and it's been resolved with a cross-related and cascading targeting of the initial Facebook audience, and more detailed ad copies for Google. So we've got an above average conversion rate and CPL for these campaigns.

 

Finally, we've got 100+ accredited investors (about 40% of all the subscriptions) during the first month, and some of them has been consolidated to the ongoing rel estate deal by the client literally at the same day as they've been converted, so we've got quite a good ROI for this iteration.
